The Carroll County Public Safety Training Center project consisted of the renovation and addition to the existing Training Center Building and the construction of a new, 7-bay apparatus building. Keller Construction Management provided project management services to the Owner. Acting as a full time on-site inspector, Keller observed the work and managed correspondence between the general contractor and the architect. Keller Construction Management reviewed submittals, RFIs, change orders, and monthly billings, as well as monitored the construction schedule and quality control program. Keller CM continues to provide professional services to the Carroll County Government through an on-call project management services contract.
